Amidst this time of stress and busyness, it is easy to lose track of the positive aspects of our life, but as we studied in our Happiness and Meaning project, expressing gratitude can increase your own well-being and helps you keep it all in perspective. Therefore, for this starter, pause. Take a few deep breaths. Close your eyes and think about someone or something you are really grateful for. Now write about it. Agenda 1. Review exhibition schedule and rehearse transitions and where to stand on the stage! 2. Get back into your peer critique groups and rehearse your spiel and reading for exhibition.
