1.  Ashley to explain the DP Update Guidelines

• (Judges, you can meet to discuss your notes and decide on the ruling.  Begin outlining your ruling today and write thank you cards to guest lawyers)

2.  Group DP Update prep:

• In groups of 3-4, share our your notes from the trial and discuss the evidence and witnesses you found most convincing from BOTH sides!  I would suggest taking notes on this discussion-- Perhaps using the note-taking handouts I gave you before the trial. 
• JUDGES-- discuss your opinions on the case and begin formulating your ruling!  See page 2 of this document for guidelines and ask Ashley to go over a rubric with you!  Your ruling is due at the end of class Monday.
