1. What are you taking with you from the H and M project that will help you weather challenges of LINK or perhaps exhibit a critical eye to your work environment or perhaps help you evaluate your LINK experience and how it fits w/ your career/life goals, etc?

2. Write 2 appreciations for someone in this class with whom you don't normally work. Please make them specific and thoughtful!

2. Move tables into Lit Circle pods

3. Project presentations (in your Lit Circle Groups)

• Choose an excerpt of between 350-500 words of your written piece
• Read your written piece and explain your philosophy as needed
• Share your visual piece-- provide any explanation of it if needed
• Warm feedback (What does the group like about your project?)
• Constructive feedback for parts that can be refined between now and exhibition: Give the presenter some food for thought to mull over during LINK and to perhaps implement in refinements
